I have been involved within the transport industry for over 10 years and have gained a vast amount of experience along the way. I have been involved in driving, supervising staff, planning, rota management, health and safety, writing risk assessments and safe systems of work, training, inducting and coaching. I am full of ideas and keen to share my experience and enthusiasm. I am always open to a challenge or project to get my teeth into and never shy away from further developing myself and others.
