A qualified accountant (FCCA) has acted as a Director to two Companies, the Tail Wind Fund Ltd, a long established long short equity Fund and a private investment company that previously had been an investment manager to an Investment Fund. The roles with these entities has been highly active and the position with the Tail wind Fund Ltd has now ceased as the Fund restructures under a new Investment Manager,A good background in Accounting, investment procedures, administration, types etc including good experience in Private placements, analysis and investigation of company's for PIPEs, with wide knowledge and experience of the administrative hurdles that need to be jumped in various jurisdictions.Personally, likes to get things done, organised and structured for ongoing ease, would characterise self as strong on establishing operational systems for data collection and supply, and establishment of working administrative systems.Then can go windsurfing.
