Mechanical Procurement Engineer With 5+ Years Of Experience In MEP Construction Field - Maintain the BOQ with updates from suppliers until after awarding the contract , Receiving the price quotations (Competitive quotes) and prepare schedule of comparison , Reiterate with suppliers for finalization of quantity and quality , Establish delivery terms , time and stages of inspection for the supply with project management team , Ensure that all potential suppliers are provided with identical information upon which the quotations are given equal opportunity to meet the desired requirements , Negotiate the best payment terms and contract conditions , maintaining high level of integrity and issuance of purchase order.-Responsible for implementations and monitoring of all mechanical related-work (HVAC&FF&PL) on site as per approved drawings, methods and safety rules , Preparing all the project data on a regular basis or as required including : Daily reports, Progress Sheets, IRs, MIRs, RFI, RFP, PRs, BOQ, VO & Invoices .
