  Fichtner is German based engineering company, which is a consultant of the Olkaria VI Power Plant. 1. Supervising field welding and civil works. 2. Actively participating in critical site meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors. 3. Assisting in report writing and analyzing contractor progress reports. 4. Gaining proficiency in interpreting detailed mechanical, civil, and electrical drawings. 5. Overseeing power plant construction activities and machine installations. 6. Receiving comprehensive safety training on site-specific hazards.This internship provided me with valuable technical and project management skills in a high-stakes environment.
