Assisted with implementing Plex ERP system in our European sites. Joined the project team to assist with training, shipping label creation and data extraction to Plex from previous ERP. Currently managing two sites, 1 business office with over 100 onsite and remote users, & 1 18,000 SQ ft. machining facility. Responsibilities include managing user computers and user accounts, managing Microsoft servers & Active Directory a in legacy domain environment, inventory management, onboarding new users & training for office software, ordering, receiving and maintaining hardware for multiple sites, managing trouble tickets and supporting issues, repairing faulty laptops/dekstops.

Responsibilities include answering help desk calls, diagnosing computer issues, resetting password, global account unlocks, fixing browser issues, mapping network drives, adding computers to domains, diagnosing network connectivity, repairing faulty programs, adding users to shared mailboxes, adding users to distribution groups, deploy various applications and programs, resolving email issues, servicing staff mobile phones and dispatching trouble tickets.

Responsibilities included answering help desk calls, diagnosing computer issues, starting trouble tickets, assisting with trouble tickets and tech support and general customer service.

Manager/Owner - Responsibilities included managing and scheduling staff, customer service, inventory management, menu design, marketing and social media efforts, taking orders, preparing food, delivery, and general oversight of the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

Assisting senior tech’s with their duties and staff trouble tickets, optimizing computers for students and staff, setting up printers and Google Chromebooks for students and staff, and updating Active Directory for new staff and students.
