Responsible for collaborating with the leaders in the Claims Organization in pursuit of accurate, timely, efficient and customer-focused claim management The position is primarily accountable for the timely and accurate triage, set-up and assignment of claims to the appropriate Claims Adjuster in accordance with workload protocol and business rules. The Claims Workload Manager will oversee a team responsible for daily and weekly staff planning of all Claim Units in order to achieve performance requirements. This would include forecasting staff plan drivers such as claims volume, average adjusting/handling time, shrinkage, and occupancy.

Equipment Breakdown claim adjudication

Working in a customer focused call center that centers on multi-tasking jobs and skills to assist customers, internal and external alike. Primarily answering inbound calls to maintain service levels for the CSC. Maintains online services for Client Connection and My HomeWorks; focused on assisting customers with account creations, password issues, and questions about services and products. Assisting with policy amendments, cancellations, reinstatement, endorsements and other policy related maintenance. Assisted claims with acknowledgments, inbound calls, and re-assignments. Constantly learning new skills and acquiring new tasks to help assist each department.
