The project would also substantially solved the Lake Erie circular flows issues that have been a central factor in major regional blackouts/brownouts.In my role as COO I helped develop the business strategy to facilitate this billion dollar HVDC electrical transmission project, negotiated the 80 year leases for 360 miles of rights of way to secure project viability, and carried out the modelling and analysis of power market and alternative HVDC transmission opportunities for Pegasus / Niagara.
