Private PA for children and adults with additional needs. This is alongside my role as a residential support worker.

Started In November 2018 as a care practitioner until I passed my Level 3 NVQ which enabled me to progress into the senior position. I then got promoted to become a deputy manager for a few months, but stepped back down to a senior care practitioner position due to a personal decision.
