I am an experienced manager with a proven track record in taking projects from design to completion using a proactive, hands on style of management.Health and safety being foremost in my mind I believe that only by spending time on site with the workforce will I get the health and safety, quality control and outputs that are required.Good working relationships with the project team are essential to the success of any project and I work hard to maintain these relationships.I am experienced in all aspects of turnkey CAT A & B refurbishment fit out, New Build and have worked under a variety of contract types in a wide variety of environments. From my career history you can see that I am used to working in live environments and have had repeat work from several clients.

I joined this project as the RC Frame work was being completed and the Facard was being constructed which composed of Face brick work and internal block work, followed by the installation of the windows. I managed several cores from 1st fix to completion

Worked as a Site Manager in the construction of Terminal 2, trouble shooting issues and closing out areas to hand over to Heathrow Authorities

This was a multi Project Multi phased refurbishment and Fit Out for different departments around the campus of the university. It proved to be a high presured challenging roll, which achieved PC.

Freelance as an established Construction Manager working as the Number one on site, Freelance seems to be the way companies are going now since the down turn. But returning to self employment has had its advantages, which out weigh the disadvantages.I have specialised in the High End Interior Fit out and Refurbishment, but also branched into the Retail sector. I deliver projects from Inception to completion on Budget, time and client satifation. This is achieved by manageing the entire project team, Liasing with all of the trades programming the works to mould together and generating a good working environment.I have worked on Fast track projects covering 3-8 week projects and 16 week multi Million £ projects. Coming from a trade back ground, I feel, has been an advantage and an education in itself. Talking and gleening info from other trades on sites added to my knowledge of the industry, and have never liked the method used by some managers that "Its there problem and they have to over come the issue". Instead taking the hands on aproach and Pro active method of working.It was a pleasure to work with different Companies over the years, and gained much experience and training. With this I have been able to introduce working proceedures that have doubled one particular companies turn over and half there over heads.
