I split my time between leading the finance team along with heading up the insurance and healthcare verticals. Exactuals was acquired by City National Bank / RBC.Prior to Exactuals, I was the CFO/COO of ACSIA Partners, where I led the merger of two of the largest Long-Term Care Insurance agencies as part of a broader private equity strategy. Before joining ACSIA Partners, I worked in investment banking as Managing Director at Sandler O’Neill & Partners in New York, where our team provided funding solutions to our global clients. Additionally, I was Managing Director at ICP Securities where I was lead investment banker focused on asset-backed transportation and energy investments. Lastly, my early career was spent in the global shipping and commodities markets which gave me the background for the move into investment banking.
