My name is Andrew Thomas Mayers. I am National Franchise Director with FranGrowth and Hole in the Wall here in Waco, TX. I am responsible for helping our brand open new locations across the US, and filling territories where representation is needed. I spend the majority of my day interviewing potential candidates and finding entrepreneurs who are looking to go into business for the very first time. My passion is working with business professionals to help them fulfill their personal and professional goals through business ownership with the backing of a strong franchise model. Previously, I worked with Qmerit Electrification. We are worked towards a cleaner, and greener world, one charger at a time. Many auto manufacturers including Chevrolet, Ford, Dodge, Jeep, Volkswagen, BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover, MINI, and Rivian; Energy Storage System Manufacturers like Generac, LG, Sonnen; as well as EV charging station providers FLO, ChargePoint, Juice Box and Enel way have chosen Qmerit to provide their customers with a nationwide network of pre-qualified EV charging and energy storage system installers. I interviewed potential candidates for their extensive network of vetted electrical companies.Previously I was a National Franchise Director with Neighborly Brands and Mosquito Joe in Waco, TX. I was responsible for helping our brand open new locations across the US, and filling territories where representation was needed. On top of working as a Franchise Director, I was a Graduate student in the School of Counseling and Preventative Mental Health Online Program. In March of 2017, I finished teaching English as foreign language in Seoul, South Korea. I was a teacher at the prestigious Maple Bridge Academy (Canadian English Hagwon), which was my second job teaching English as a Second language. I previously worked at EWAS (English with a Smile) in Seoul, Korea for 14 months, where I had the responsibilities of a Teaching Supervisor. During these four years of teaching abroad I gained priceless knowledge about adapting to complex work environments and leading teams from diverse backgrounds.It is my passion to use my communication skills to meet new people and create mutually beneficial business and personal relationships. My goal is to use my knowledge in communication, business and education to change peoples lives for the better and to make a positive difference in my community by helping the people around me meet their dreams and goals.
