Key team member leading Paloma Partners IV to a successful sale.Led drilling, completions, and production teams for an active PE backed E&P portfolio company; 4 drilling rigs, 1 dedicated frac crew, 175 wells.Managed P&L ($300 MM in revenue), capital budget ($300 MM) and production targets (40,000 BOE/D); capital deployed within 1% of estimates.Increased base production by 10% by implementing automated well surveillance and targeted well re-stimulations.Negotiated all drilling, frac, and production contracts for equipment and related services.

Managed 300 wells in the SCOOP/STACK to ensure financial and production targets were met.Led gas and plunger lift installation/optimization, lateral cleanouts (pipe and coil tubing), and N2 cleanouts.Built a Python Field Surveillance and Artificial Lift Prediction Model for well transition timing / method and nodal / economic review, resulting in a 4-year multi outcome evaluation performed in 10 seconds per well.

My demonstrated abilities allowed me to work as a Production Engineer while attending OU.Led well interventions to mitigate production decline for Haynesville and Woodford Shale company assets.Performed multiple on-site coil tubing lateral cleanouts, lube and bleeds, and plunger / intermitter installations.Built a 90% accurate Machine Learning Probabilistic Model, which predicted company wells affected by upcoming offset fracs and provided a list of wells to be actioned and analyzed post-frac.Led midstream economic analysis to improve negotiating strategies with a Louisiana gas gatherer, which involved macro compression modeling, field decline forecasting, and Net Present Value (NPV) projections.Performed field-wide and single well decline analysis in IHS Harmony using ad-hoc regression models.
