As part of the Marine Services Customer Care Team I am responsible for applying project management disciplines and support to issues involving Rolls-Royce Marine products or services that affect a large number of vessels or multiple customers. Working with the Marine Product Centres I provide the required support and coordination of the functional elements of the issue including commercial, financial, engineering, services and supply chain. For each of the issues I ensure the stakeholders and senior leaders are briefed and support the CRM, Sales, CM and CPM with external customer briefings where required.

Business Operations Manager for the Middle East and South Asia regions. Provided the Aftermarket support function for Sales, Marketing, Commercial and Legal teams during Fleet Hour Arrangement campaigns and contract negotiations.

Led and line managed an engineering team of 19 Designers, Development & Experimental, Service Support and Repair engineers. Provided post-design development of marine gas turbine propulsion systems, Repair & Overhaul production support and delivered 365 / 24 / 7 support services to a global Naval customer base.

Led and line managed a team of 11 engineers delivering Customer Service Support to 21 international customers, providing post design development of industrial / aero derivative marine gas turbines as well as managing Product Change and Repair & Overhaul support.
