Managed a team of 150+ field inspectors and an in-house team of 11 quality assurance reviewers. Responsible for daily operations of the largest territory in the program, including day to day scheduling of field staff, assigning scope reviews to in-house inspectors, performance management of staff, providing guidance to staff, as well as directly handling the more complex scopes and change orders. Responsible for training un experienced, new-hire inspectors in program guidelines, field etiquette, loss scoping, estimation software, and loss photography. Recruited and trained quality assurance reviewers from the field inspection unit to review and approve or deny estimates and change orders from the contractors, based on the field inspectors’ reports. Direct contact for the territory contractor. Responsible for communicating guideline changes and updates to the contractor, monitoring contractor progress on approved estimates, ensuring they are following prescribed timelines and that they are using program directed materials and methods. Assisting in conflict resolution between contractor and program participants, bringing any contractor concerns to the program directors, and providing feedback to the contractor accordingly.
