I have spent 3 years in Security providing professional service to a variety of clients and industries, this work has allowed me to develop skills in negotiation, conflict resolution, cultural awareness, understanding the varied requirements and expectations of often difficult clients and the ability to work within structured team environments or operate equally well unsupervised where quick accurate and decisive decision making are critical.Most recent position is a full time stay at home father for 3 children, this role has above all helped to increase my patience with difficult clients, this has ensured that no matter the nature of the relationship, professional and effective interactions can be maintained to ensure optimal outcomes for all parties involved.
