We review & write policies (especially on sexual misconduct, bullying, and discrimination), develop bias response protocol, train on support for LGBTQ students/staff, and much more! Trident believes in providing content and trainings that give participants very clear takeaways and deliverables. As a Trustee with ReportOUT, I work with the Education & Training volunteers to create educational content that highlights issues related to LGBTQ & Gender Minority folks. We are working to create high-quality YouTube content as well as global MOOCs that anyone can access to learn more! Myself and a fellow Trustee lead the charge for this team of folks to advocate for greater equity and justice for LGBTQ folks.
