About Andrew Mcgeehan (He/Him)

After 10+ years working in the field of Higher Education, I took the risk of starting my own business here in Singapore! I founded Trident Training & Consulting, an organisation that works on issues of sexual misconduct, diversity & inclusion, and restorative justice/practices. I love sharing my experiences with others and helping teams and individuals to grow. I am passionate about social issues and making our home, work and cultural environments ones in which we can thrive and be our authentic selves. These kinds of environments don't come into existence out of nowhere- they need to be intentionally created and consistently re-affirmed. Through Trident, I hope that I can be a part of growing ever-greater change towards a more just and equitable world for everyone. I'm an experienced trainer and have developed expertise in the areas of policy writing, procedural development and staff trainings. Sharing this expertise with others is a motivating and driving factor for my work and I enjoy working with all kinds of organisations!
