As a graduate assistant, I work with the Study Abroad Director and Advisors to assist with various administrative and marketing duties:• Processed student applications for faculty-led study abroad programs.• Updated program information and manage student documents using StudioAbroad.• Prepared reports and analysis of study abroad programs social media impact using SocialMention, Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and Hootsuite.• Established a digital marketing strategy for the department.• Delivered presentations to students on study abroad opportunities.

As a graduate assistant in the Office of Undergraduate Student Services, I performed the following advising and administrative responsibilities: • Advised undergraduate management students in the Fogelman College of Business.• Worked with students to establish a graduation plan and career goals.• Reviewed applying students degree requirements and updated the student graduation roster.• Promoted the business college at recruitment events and university fairs.

• Organized and galvanized community support for youth leadership and health prevention initiatives that directly affected over 1,000 Salvadorans over two years in a small rural community.• Established community development strategies and objectives that focused on organizing and developing youth capacity in civic leadership and engagement to drive execution of Peace Corps and community goals.
