This assessment has been very helpful with several organizations in the site search process and strategic planning process.- Third Party Project Inspections (Inspecting Architect) for Lenders and Clients.- RFQ and RFP services to hire design and construction professionals. This includes drafting of documents, organization of responses and potentially assistance with the interview process.- AIA contract review for design and construction. This service allows for a more refined draft to be submitted to attorneys. This allows for a shortened legal review and partial mitiagation of legal fees.- Constructability review with a emphasis on programmatic use.
