One of these clients was an Airline where IBM Managed changes to their Self Service Kiosk software. This was a challenging role for me dealing with different requirements and understanding what are major requirements and what are nice to haves. During my time in the role I had to deal with a severity 1 incident where the airlines Kiosks would not allow bookings to process that had children on the booking between certain ages. The issue here is that when a passenger with a child between certain ages tried to check in the kiosk would crash during the check in process and then crash the server the kiosk was attached too. I instantly went to the client’s site to be the go to person and worked to ensure that the information I was given by the client and IBM was distributed to the correct stakeholders. Show less -
