I was ultimately responsible for providing interpretation of technical requirements to Operations. As part of the role I acted, when needed, as team manager and for the last 12 months was formally recognised as deputy team manager.Scope of work includes; TELBOT SME (incl. asset optimisation, rig management and training), developing an innovative Waste ID Hub for retrievals, flowsheet development and trending of plant parameters, MPS production and campaign planning, developing and maintaining solid waste VSMs to enable process improvements, sharing retrievals tactics and LFE with other value stream facilities, development of records management strategy for retrievals, maintain oversight of skip filling performance, development and delivery of skip filling training, delivering operator briefing sessions and supporting regulator visits.

Worked as part of the Pre-Ops team for a High Hazard Nuclear Facility ensuring a comprehensive transfer of knowledge and essential skills between Projects and Plant Operations. Roles and responsibilities included; acting as Intelligent Customer on behalf of Operations, defining Operations & Maintenance work scope and logic, document production, SME for the TELBOT Manipulator responsible for training development, delivery and improving operability through testing and LFE. SME for SEP PES responsible for identifying commissioning and maintenance requirements for PESs to support various projects.

Contracted into the Pre-Operations Team for a High Hazard Nuclear Facility where I worked to ensure a comprehensive transfer of knowledge and essential skills took place between Projects and Plant Operations.

Was responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of a portfolio of projects so as to achieve desirable outcomes with respect to client satisfaction, time, cost and quality.Supported Project Managers by; providing cost and delivery estimates, producing bids in response to ITT's, preparing resourced and costed project schedules, evaluating project risk and preparing project risk registers, monitoring and reporting on the financial performance of projects, responsible for the EHS&Q of projects including preparing Quality Plans and LTQR's. Ultimately ensuring the success of projects by achieving set deliverables.

Employed as part of a small shift team to complete 1200 hours continuous testing of a six-axis heavy duty hydraulic manipulator designed for use in a nuclear environment.Trained personnel to safely operate the manipulator, was responsible for personnel whilst on shift in addition to logging trial data, producing shift logs and ensuring the building was secure when working out of hours.Assisted the Rig Manager in production of weekly reports documenting the progress of the trials in conjunction with attending weekly client meetings to discuss technical queries and developments.Produced project related documents including; Technical Reports, Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Functionality Test Records and O&M Manuals.Procured hardware and designed LabVIEW code for a comprehensive data acquisition system consisting of a stand-alone PC using a National Instruments compact DAQ platform. Worked closely with JFN’s Systems Design Manager and served as the point of contact with regards to software issues.
