My name is Andrew Adams, I'm a 2020 Graduate from Kutztown University with a bachelors in Cinema, Television and Media. I work as the crew coordinator at CruitCast Inc. which specializes in shooting game film for high school lacrosse and field hockey. My job is to staff each tournament/ high school games that we have coming up. While this position requires me to work from home, I do occasionally get hands on a film games or work as a field manager to oversee a multifield tournament.While CruitCast is my main source of work, I also work as a local freelancer in the Lancaster, PA area. I work mainly in grip & electric as a grip or key grip and have worked with various studios in the area such as Aurora and Triode Media. While G&E is not the only department I work in, I did start as and still occasionally take work as a production assistant and have been trying to break into the camera department.
