Filed legal work on behalf of the company and ensured permission papers were prepared for the film's premiere. Represented the distributor Utopia at New York Premiere as the host of the company's Q+A. Filmed and photographed behind the scenes content used in press material.

Assisted clients in identifying equipment they would need for their shoots, as well as organizing and creating these orders. Provide demonstrations to help clients gain a better working knowledge of what they would need. Provided diagnosis on items sent in for repair.

Represented all Canadian locations as a part of a company collective discussing human resources issues, implementing and planning outreach events, and issues of diversity arising from our locations. Responsible for the accurate reporting of interpersonal issues from associates and management, and working on conflict resolution in our locations. Responsible for building the team, and providing feedback during the hiring process of the Sherway Gardens store. Implemented mental health programs to ensure that employees were coming to our locations ready and happy each day. Created corporate videos that represented the store to the North American regional management team.
