I am primarily responsible for creating and executing our enablement strategy for partners, customers and employees alike.

I am responsible for developing, tracking and maintaining the strategic plan for the System Design and Implementation Practice. Owning initiatives to achieve these goals in line with the global objectives of the Professional Services department. This includes enabling and managing a team of Implementation Consultants to deliver on the strategic objectives of the department with a high focus on quality, utilization and commercial sustainability as well as managing and owning Partner Relationships.

Providing leadership globally through the EHS Enablement team. Collaborate closely with other departments and key stakeholders to ensure alignment with the company's overall strategic objectives.Overseeing all aspects of internal and external enablement within the EHS business unit.

Roles and Responsibilities:1) Conduct research and carry out internal needs analysis through consultations with Managers and performance appraisals.2) Design training programmes appropriate to skills needed.3) Develop suitable training courses and training material for all in-house training.4) Determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPI's.5) Update and maintain all training manuals.6) Conduct IsoMetrix Administrator systems training.7) Conduct internal training for employees.8) Induction programme.9) Ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle.10) Mapping out annual training plans and schedules.11) Administer training calendar and systems.

During my time at my current employ ( Contracted to Food Lovers Market ) I have been responsible for the development, implementation and management of Customer service, Sales, I.T and Train the trainer empowerment courses as well as Coaching and mentoring throughout multiple regions in SA including JHB, PTA, Limpopo, Tzaneen and Nelspruit which equated to 4000 staff members and 20 Trainers.
