Andrew has over 13 year’s management experience working in the hospitality industry for over 20 years in different countries gaining many different skills and qualities. Andrew is great at managing people and prides himself in doing a professional job in any role that he undertakes. He has been responsible for controlling budgets, profits, wages, and the development of teams of up to 15 people. He sets high standards within his teams when it comes to customer service, cleanliness of the venue, hitting targets and the communication between his team members. Andrew is a passionate, reliable and loyal person who enjoys working with people. His hobbies include outdoor activities such as mountain biking, running, snowboarding and playing football. Andrew is now looking for a new challenge taking his life in a different direction using the many managerial skills that he has developed in the hospitality industry.After four and a half years of travelling and working abroad independently Andrew looked to settle into the UK hospitality industry. Whilst travelling he learnt how to be independent, how to look after himself on limited funds, meeting and learning about other people and cultures whilst remaining focused on the reasons as to why he chose to travel and where he travelled.
