I enjoy building cohesive, forward-thinking, diverse teams, so we can optimally function while dealing with complex problems in ambiguous environments. I work to make a positive impact starting day 1.I realized early on that personal success is interdependent with the success of others around me. My father’s tutelage and coaching throughout my childhood and teens were formative to me reaching my full potential. Therefore, I was drawn to team-focused activities. Whether it was participating in scholastic events, music, or sports the ability to succeed as a team has driven me. Fortunately, the military provided the same opportunity as an adult while serving in the Ranger Regiment and Special Forces. During the past 20 years in the military, I have had the privilege to serve with and lead some of the best and brightest individuals in the US and foreign militaries. They have assisted me with cultivating my leadership and managerial abilities. I strive to constantly challenge myself both physically and mentally, tackling difficult problems using informed and creative solutions.I am a veteran, transitioning to the private sector in Summer 2022. I am currently looking for opportunities in Chicago area working in program management or finance career field. I enjoy challenging opportunities and building teams, so together we can tackle the hardest problems. My Gallup Strengths: Achiever | Analytical | Relator | Restorative | Self-Assurance
