In this position, I formed part of the Data & Analytics Emerging Markets team and provided the business with "One Version of the truth" to enable data-driven decision-making. This was started by supporting data collection and regular data analysis/reporting. Then, by building up the correct understanding and use of BI data and ensured that I was at the cutting edge of expertise on how to use the required analytics tools. I was involved in ensuring data accuracy and implementing the demand list for Data & Analytics, by executing against daily sprints. I have supported projects across multiple workstreams, channels (ECOM, Wholesale, Own Retail and Franchise), and clusters (South Africa, Israel, Turkey, India, Middle East and Africa).I have been leading the Sell Out Workstream and have built several products, executed training sessions for clusters around Emerging Markets, and incorporated user feedback in future builds. Most recently I had additionally taken ownership of the Own Retail/ Direct to Consumer Workstream, in which I have created, enhanced and training in numerous products cross the Emerging Markets

Centurion

In this position, I took charge of analytics and reporting on Supplier performance whilst seeking areas to continuously improve and optimize business spend. It was vital to act as a business advisor to ensure overall company targets are delivered on. It was imperative to find relevant patterns and discrepancies in the company’s operations and expenses using analytical tools, and to use these findings to determine policy changes that improve the business' functioning and/or profits. It was also required to present these changes to management and respond to questions and critiques. These results would serve as the nucleus for new programs, alterations in protocols, and adjustments in financial strategies. A major project was creating and managing Openserve’s Spend Matrix.

The Core, Telkom Techno Park, Centurion

In this position, I managed and supported in development of new products. Also, I had managed Openserve’s highest revenue generating product and was required to stabilize churn on the back of fierce competition and volatile market conditions. This was accomplished by using the marketing levers (4P’s of marketing). This position also included responsibilities beyond standard product management including development of client contracts liaising and pricing of high priority government RFPs.

Pretoria Area, South Africa

In this position, I managed legacy products for Telkom SA, responsible for the entire product lifecycle. This included but was not limited to analytics that drove sales decisions, monthly revenue management, product pricing, product feature enhancements to combat churn and sales support in the form of client liaisons and technical training.
