Responsible for outbound marketing activities in the Automotive and IoT businesses at Arm.- Leading the outbound marketing and sales enablement team of seven reports- Definition of marketing plans for both automotive and IoT businesses, including launches, campaigns and areas of focus, content plan and messaging. - Authoring keynotes and presentations for Automotive and IoT leadership presented at key internal and external meetings and events- Delivery of launches for new IP product and initiatives in cooperation with the auto and IoT marketing team, subject matter experts and the Arm PR team. Driving the delivery of the Arm Automotive outbound marketing activities.- Definition of marketing plan for automotive, including campaigns and areas of focus, content plan and messaging. - Development of the messaging for Arm automotive technologies in collaboration with product marketing team and subject matter experts- Creation of marketing content and collateral, including web pages, PowerPoint presentation decks, blogs, graphics, as well as working with external agencies to specify content such as research reports and white papers.- Coordination, development and delivery of new IP product launches and initiatives, in cooperation with subject matter experts and the Arm PR team. - Working with members of the Arm ecosystem including automotive OEMs, Tier1 suppliers, chip makers and software providers to develop joint content, messaging, demos and launches.

Led the Applied Systems Engineering team at Arm, which was responsible for the creation of demos based on Arm technology as well as the delivery of these demos at events around the world.- Oversight of the development of a portfolio of compelling, eye-catching and technically rigorous demonstrators showcasing new and strategically important technologies and applications - Management of a team of electronic and software engineers including full time staff and student interns- Selection and support of demonstrations for Arm events around the world including Mobile World Congress, Embedded World, Consumer Electronics Show, Computex, Arm TechCon, and the Arm Technical Symposia. These demos came from departments around Arm, including the Applied Systems Engineering Team, as well as from external partners. Responsibility for technical oversight of Arm events, including specification of AV, Wifi, Wired Networking and other technical requirements as well as shipping demonstration equipment around the world. Part of a multi-disciplinary team investigating wearable electronics, working alongside electronic and software engineers, knitters, weavers and fashion designers. Developed electronic circuit boards and embedded software for a range of projects from fabric sensors, motion tracking garments, pulse detecting exercise clothing and context sensing badges, through to the Philips Levis ICD+ jacket which integrated an MP3 player, GSM phone, headphones and control panel connected together through an internal wiring loom.
