I have over 20+ years of experience in work history as maintenance technician, merchandiser, account management, security, and sales representative. I have over 15 years of experience as a truck driver for commercial companies. I used to work with DIRECTV in Montgomery, PA. They gave me a route to set up cable devices for different homes and commercial buildings with the cable company. I did all kinds of navigation with satellite dish networks and put the negative and positive wires together to connect the satellite dish at that period of time during the 1990’s. I did eight years with Pepsi Cola Bottling Group on Roosevelt Blvd. in Philadelphia, PA. I was a merchandiser in account wrap and I set up different routes in every location. Montgomery, Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, New Jersey, Delaware. I did a lot of closing sales with. I also did damage control with the product. I did property maintenance for government facilities, including work, enlarged areas throughout the building, cleaning office, bathroom, hallways as a janitorial maintenance for Lockheed Martin in Orlando, FL. I also did pressure washing, sanitation and building maintenance with a hydraulic lifter truck as a janitorial technician, including buffing and waxing and other duties around the buildings. I did maintenance including working, including pressure collecting trash, plumbing, refrigerator, freezers, maintenance, HVAC maintenance and changed A/C filters of central air on top of the roof. I have worked actually as a maintenance worker at McDonald's at Sand Lake on International Drive in Orlando, FL. I did commercial A/C conditioner, refrigerator, and small pipefitters from buildings. I completed all duties, and followed all policies, procedures, and safety regulations that was required for me to do. I also did routing for truck driving for Trim-Pak on Orange Ave. in Orlando, FL. I also work kitchen design which consists of metric system measurement for product installation design, cabinet doors, panels, windows operator, forklift for removal of product installation. I unload and load pallets from the trucks with a forklift, perform fixes and repairs damaged for clientele products, conduct inventory for all product installations, and manage delivery when the product is done to deliver to the client. I also do inspections on products and make sure there is no damage and measure products using the metric measurement method.
