I support businesses, organisations and their people to be successful whilst they deliver outcomes for the environment and our community. My technical expertise is in biodiversity conservation planning, nature related strategies and plans at both a large regional and local scale. I have undertaken TNFD analysis and a pathway plan.I have worked for a number of private businesses and government agencies over my 35-year career. Most recently I have held a number of executive, non-executive director and advisory roles in private businesses that specialise across a range of environmental and earth sciences.I have led and advised businesses to deliver strategic focus as well as cultural, operational and performance improvements. I have delivered and supported leadership development and have run staff development and mentoring programs.My experience directly covers all stages of the business lifecycle from entrepreneurial start up, to growth, establishment, expansion as well as business sale and transition. This has included development of governance, management and leadership as well as regulatory and risk structures, policies and processes. In addition, I have been through many business ownership transition stages as one of two founders to internal share schemes, incentive programs, leading the final sale of the business as well as achieving subsequent earn out targets. I have also held senior and executive roles in a mid tier private consultancy and worked for large organisations.
