I’m a highly capable and accomplished senior professional with nearly a decade of operational management experience working for HM Cambridgeshire Constabulary and senior leadership in the voluntary sector. Currently an Inspector in Neighbourhood policing, proudly working with a number of partners to safely manage the Fenland district of Cambridgeshire. Deputy Chair of the Fenland Community Safety Partnership - I provide multi agency strategic direction to the partnership, advising on matters of community safety and crime prevention in line with the statutory duties in reducing crime and disorder. I am an out of the box thinker, and provide specialist advice to multi agency partners to problem solve issues of high harm. Proud to be the 2021 Cambridgeshire problem solving award winner for my partnership work to support the homeless community in Peterborough and managing a team of dedicated police officers to reduce the harm to those affected by the issues associated with homelessness. As a response Inspector in a highly accountable operational leadership role i had oversight of a large team of front line police officers. The focus was on service delivery while assessing and dealing with incidents of high risk, threat and harm. Responsible for the management of Critical and Major incidents.In my previous position as Age Uk Chief Operating officer between 2018/2019, I was responsible for the management of over 200 employees and oversaw and managed the service delivery. I was responsible for overseeing and setting the business strategy, budget management and service delivery.By positively engaging with stakeholders and commissioners, reshaping service delivery, and implementing clear professional development plans for staff, I am proud that my legacy left the organisation with a clear strategy and future sustainability.
