• Manage a small-medium (between 4-8) sized team of ops engineers responsible for all (both backend/frontend) consumer applications.• Participate in team-wide on call in order to properly triage any production issues.• Create & maintain monitoring solutions using both open source & paid applications.• Work with dev, qa, and infrastructure teams to perform large, technical, releases of multiple critical applications/services on a bi-weekly basis.• Planning & creation of automation systems in use by multiple critical applications. (For use in day to day tasks, as well as larger tasks - such as releases)
