This targeted expertise allows Andrew to closely monitor unique lease structures, consumer trends, and real estate dynamics within these industries, providing clients with insights tailored to their specific investments.As a member of Marcus & Millichap's national Net-Leased team with a core specialty on the New England region, Andrew is able to leverage his insights on a national level for store and tenant performance combined with the local demand drivers for each sub-market through New England to help clients make sound real estate decisions. A part of Andrew's practice is to visit each asset and assess performance, traffic flow and potential competing retailers coming on nearby.For his clients that are not actively considering a sale, Andrew provides advisory services to his clients through phases all phases of ownership. Utilizing the firm's partnership with Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation, he is able to provide clients access to the most competitive debt in the marketplace for refinancing or new acquisitions and can also provide access to new investment opportunities nationwide to satisfy upcoming tax-deferred 1031 exchanges.Andrew was recruited to play on the Men's Tennis Team for Middlebury College and he graduated with a degree in economics and spanish. Originally from Antigua, Guatemala with roots in the South Shore of Massachusetts, Andrew brings a competitive spirit and unique perspective on the world outside the United States that allows himself to connect well with people and produce excellent results for those he works for.
