Following the demise of Non-League Media plc in 2002, I reunited with my former business partner (John Regan) and returned to operating a privately-owned limited company under the name of Baltic Publications Limited. thenonleaguepaper.com was acquired by Baltic Publications and rebranded nonleaguedaily.com. That website has since been sold to another company and is no longer part of Baltic Publications' portfolio. We established She Kicks Limited in 2002 and, together with Jennifer O'Neill, relaunched a women's football magazine (She Kicks magazine - see www.shekicks.net).Currently [September 2022], Baltic Publications is responsible for publishing Pathfinder International magazine (see www.pathfinderinternational.co.uk) and F.C. Business magazine (see www.fcbusiness.co.uk).

After the acquisition of our company by Non-League Media plc I was appointed as Managing Director of the renamed organisation, On the Ball Publishing Limited which was wholly owned by Non-League Media plc. My role was to manage the women's football publishing element of the business and to devise the website strategy for thenonleaguepaper.com.

In 1996 I set up my own publishing company to produce the UK's only women's football magazine and website, namely On the Ball. I was soon joined by my business partner and Marketing Director, Yalcin Bekar. In 1998 John Regan joined the company as Financial Director.

Edited Pathfinder International magazine, distributed to personnel planning to leave the Armed Forces to embark on a civilian career.

Responsible for publishing computer magazines, namely Access and Unix Business.
