With 25+ years of global experience in financial services, I have held senior leadership roles in major global centres across the UK, Switzerland, Asia and Australia for UBS, Credit Suisse, JP Morgan and Accenture. I have led and managed large scale teams within and across business divisions, building culturally diverse regional and global leadership groups. I recently returned to UBS on a consulting basis to assist in the integration with Credit Suisse, with responsibility for defining and executing on global custody strategy to move ~USD600bn of CS Wealth Management client assets to UBS' custody network and client platforms.I am an Industry Advisor at Armstrong Wolfe, which is a global FS advisory firm supporting both the buy and sell side COO Community address current critical trend and issues and providing insights and content for periodicals, industry papers and reports.I also recently joined Be the Business, sitting on a small board of senior execs advising 2 small businesses on how to grow and develop their businesses over the next 12 months. I hope to be able to leverage my expertise and network to help organizations and leaders navigate the rapidly changing and complex financial landscape, especially in the areas of digital assets, blockchain/DLT ecosystems and fintech partnerships. I have a proven track record of driving transformational strategies that establish new operating and sourcing/service models, balancing the need to achieve significant multi-year costs savings, whilst enabling business growth. I have also had the opportunity to develop credentials in digital and automation transformation, having been responsible for the Operations teams of ~3,500 staff providing middle office and core services to Global Wealth Management clients at UBS: one of my core priorities was the re-design of F2B services to be fully digitized with data and AI/cognitive tools embedded into the process models.
