Responsible for the development and operational readiness of Airport IT Systems, Business Systems and Systems Integration across three world class airport development projects in Muscat, Salalah and Duqm in Oman (project value of $7bn and an IT investment of $500m).Led the development of Airport Systems including AODB, RMS, FIDS, CUPPS, BRS, Self Service kiosks, Master Control Centre Systems as well as SOA based Systems Integration with 40 end-to-end interfaces incorporating airport systems, ATC systems, business systems, building systems, maintenance systems, telecommunication systems, and commercial systems. Engaged key airport stakeholders including airport operations, baggage handling, airlines, handling agents, ATC and MoTC. Successfully opened the new 20m passenger per yr. and 580,000m2 Muscat International Airport on 20th March 2018.Managed the delivery of IT infrastructure, airport systems, integration, security systems, SOP’s, training & ORAT services for all stakeholders in the new 66,000m2 airport in Salalah. The new airport successfully opened in June 2015. Successfully deployed SITA Airport Systems in Salalah, achieved from a stand-still in less than four months. Responsible for ICT ORAT programme in Salalah airport, leading trials and coaching ICT teams & business stakeholders.
