I have worked in the construction industry since leaving school, and since this time I have mastered many skills and believe myself to be very competent in all aspects of the construction industry. I have a proven history of commitment to my work, I am also disciplined and adhere to strict health and safety guidelines.Within only a few months of starting work for Tradewest, I was given my own site & crew to run. At this job site I was able to anticipate problems with the original plans and working together with the engineer, I was able to alter the design saving the job from exceeding budget. In all of my jobs I have quickly been given a leadership role, as I posses the knowledge needed and the people skills required to lead.I am a qualified carpenter with a diploma of construction and building through TAFE NSW. Once completed I intend to enrol in the Bachelor of Construction through Open Universities Australia. I feel that my experience would be of great benefit to your team and I am excited about the prospect of putting it to use in a firm that is held in such high regard in the construction industry.
