Returning for my third term at Altec Industries I joined the applications engineering team where I- Designed and delivered 4 SolidWorks drawings/models, each encompassing thousands of components, to successfully articulate product benefits to customers and guide production teams in manufacturing our product.-Modeled and drew 243 original parts/assemblies, with 38 being successfully integrated in 64 different use cases for customer product & improvement to the manufacturing processes of the plant.

Returning for my second term with Altec Industries, I joined the Quality Engineering team. I developed an attention to detail in our product that drove me to reaching the following three milestones:- Recovered $6122.60 in non-conforming components from 66 different upstream processes, providing feedback on an additional 30.-Implemented the 8D problem solving method to create a cause map that identified corrective action to a non-conforming process within the production plant.-Audited 64 important components from outside suppliers to ensure Altec production standards were met.

During the Fall 2022 semester-work rotation, I joined the Altec Manufacturing Engineering team. While I worked on many projects and day-to-day tasks these three best summarize my impact.- $12,000 saved through implementation of projects to the production system. Improving safety, quality, and productivity.- Aided in an effort between production associates and engineering teams to complete a project meant to rapidly improve a problematic area.- Worked with a small team to provide varying improvements to each production line, physical and digital.
