-positioned Cambridge English as a global solution provider for teacher capacity building and professional development services by broadening its offer to the global English teacher workforce and the ministry of education markets-provided packages of teaching, teacher training and learning services for ministries, governments, institutions etc, to help them build capacity. -provided English language teachers with the range of qualifications and courses they need to prepare them to teach successfully in their contexts - launched 5 new teacher courses and 2 new qualifications, totalling over 600 hours of courseware -developed and managed a range of value-added services for key stakeholder groups and customers, to provide online professional development services to English language teachers globally

-designed and developed a stakeholder management system to improve, manage and record relationships with key organisational stakeholders-developed and implemented a stakeholder relations function to analyse and monitor the strength of Cambridge English’s stakeholder relationships-improved relationships with the different stakeholder groups of learners, teachers and schools by developing a range of value-added products to support the organisation’s core exam offering.

-defined the strategic direction of the school, to exploit opportunities for growth-achieved growth targets and increased profitability, exceeding each year’s budgetary and quality-assurance standards-trained teachers on Cambridge CELTA courses, and on local in-service courses-managed the continuing professional development of teachers
