Team lead responsibility for the surveying team consisting of two geomaticians from January 2022.-Responsible for delegating jobs which require the creation of machine control data and construction surveying.-Delivered aftermarket training in Trimble products: Earthworks and GCS900 machine control systems, WorksOS 3D productivity software, Trimble Business Center survey CAD software, WorksManager cloud solution for data transfer, SiteWorks and SCS900 positioning system, SiteVision augmented reality system, and SPS 930 universal total station.-Responsible for delivery of excavators, road graders, dosers and compactors to customers in the east, south, and west of Norway.-Communicates feedback from customers to operations manager and sales manager, and supports customers with troubleshooting on the support telephone.-Planned the staffing of the survey department for projects.-Using Trimble Business Center and Gemini Terrain to create machine control data and stakeout data for customers, and WorksOS to report data from compactors.

Temporary contract within Geodata production function from February to August. Offered extension until October.-Handled and carried out orders for various measuring and staking out assignments for new and existing VA infrastructure.-Registered and managed VA data in GIS database using Gemini VA and Gemini Portal.-Assisted with scanning of underground water tunnels and contributed with post-processing of scan data.-Participated in planning customized HSE measures for surveying work in the field in line with the agency's HSE requirements.- Scanned new and existing basins, processed 3D scan data for use as a basis for planning.-Used the following Leica equipment and software: MS60 Multistation, CS20 field controller, GS18 GNSS RTK Rover, BLK 360 laser scanner, Disto rangefinder, Register 360 point cloud registration program and Leica Cyclone 3DR point cloud and mesh registration, inspection, and reporting program.

-Responsible for topographic surveying, creating and distribution of machine control data, quality control of stakeout data.-Produced and delivered as-built documents to customers.-Maintains daily contact with machine operators, plumbers, operations managers and project managers.-Passed the Aviation Authority's drone exam (May, 2020).-Using Leica TS16 total station, Leica GS16 GNSS SmartPole, and Leica CS20 controller for land surveying tasks.

Offered project management and CADD services to Adesta, a G4S Company, on as built and construction drawings. I worked to help balance scope, time, and quality on projects in the as built stage and finish previously uncompleted projects. Created over 80 fiber optic as-built and construction drawings affected by multimillion dollar ISTHA roadway projects, including projects for several different customers. Distributed time on projects to meet deadlines and assist bottleneck resources. Attention to detail was needed to meet ensuring quality control on drawings. Developed time estimation techniques to be used for creating as built drawings. Initiated discussions with OSP specialists, fiber optic splicers, construction superintendents, CAD manager and engineers to understand how management and communication impacts operations and production. These meetings helped to ensure quality data from the field and in as built drawings, while eliminating unnecessary steps in project workflow.Provided construction management and OSP inspection services during ITS Installation on the Illinois Rt. 390 project. Worked with field staff to successfully document construction progress/quantities, and to identify any conflict with fiber optic plant. Provided daily reports on construction.

Coordinated surveying and design phases for Comcast fiber and coax OSP projects. Produced permit and construction drawings in AutoCAD for commercial/metropolitan expansion projects, and plant repairs. Managed locate requests and underground utility surveys at project sites. Implemented photo documentation to accurately review utility crossings and areas of conflict. Worked closely with USIC and third party locators, township engineers, and county transportation departments to meet permit/construction standards.
