As a plus support specialist for Shopify, my role involves providing technical assistance and support to Shopify Plus customers, who are typically large-scale merchants with complex eCommerce needs. On a daily basis, I would be responsible for ensuring that their online stores are running smoothly and efficiently, addressing any issues or concerns that they may have.Other daily tasks might include troubleshooting technical issues, answering customer inquiries, providing guidance on eCommerce best practices, and helping customers optimize their stores for maximum performance. I am also responsible for managing escalations and working with other departments within Shopify to resolve more complex issues.

My role was as one of several lead network administrators for a large, registered non-profit online gaming community. This included managing a team of 28 staff, redesigning and implementing and entire effective management chain and acting as defacto treasurer of the organisation.I oversaw massive expansion of the network and multiple successful media campaigns including an article for one of the leading online gaming news websites.Apart from management, my duties included Front/Back-end we development, Graphic design and server admin.
