01/2015 - 01/2017. Regional Sales Manager for the Process Sales Team of the Industrial Business Unit of Grundfos Pumps. Recruited, hired and manages a staff of six direct reports tasked with revitalizing sales of a legacy product for a Grundfos brand product (LaBour Taber). Worked directly with the factory to establish and manage stock and inventory requirements to support sales strategy.12/2010 - 12/2014. Regional Sales Manager for the Industrial Business Unit of Grundfos Pumps for the Central and Northeast regions. This territory runs from west from Maine to North Dakota, south to Kansas, and east to Delaware. I had 6 direct report District Sales Managers that managed distribution, direct end-users, and original equipment manufacturer sales of Grundfos , PACO and Peerless industrial pump products. District Sales Manager2/2000 – 8/2007, 11/2009 - 12/2010 Grundfos Pumps Corporation, Conyngham, PA Seven and one half years as a District Sales Manager for Grundfos Pump Commercial / Industrial Products group covering the Mid-Atlantic region (Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York). I worked with pump distribution companies who sell Grundfos products into commercial, municipal, industrial and irrigation markets within the territory. I worked with the distribution partners on technical and sales training for their sales force, I worked with the management of these pump distributors on marketing, business planning, sales forecasting, and sales performance. I worked with 19 distribution partners and 8 direct OEMs.

Commissioned officer in the Army Reserve. Retired in October, 2005. Served in positions ranging from platoon leader to executive officer of a combat heavy engineer battalion

 Five and one half years as a regional sales manager for Hazleton Pumps. For the first three years, I had sales responsibility for Western Canada and was the steel industry specialist. For the final two and one half years I covered all of Canada. Hazleton manufactures slurry and solids handling pumps. They manufacture custom pumps, built to customer design and performance specifications. I gained experience with design/specifying engineers, review of engineering and project specifications, preparation of documentation and engineering drawings, preparation of proposals and bid documents, and price and terms negotiations to include terms and conditions of sale.

Six years as contract, application, and product engineer for Sundyne Corporation. I had product engineering responsibility for the Sundyne product line. The Sundyne product is the API-610, single stage, high speed centrifugal pump.
