- Provide training and ongoing support to over 45 medical centers across the US on how to use CD Leycom’s pressure-volume loop products for heart failure management, pacemaker optimization, congenital heart disease, structural heart interventions, and mechanical circulatory support- Developed and implemented new technical support resources that increased the routine use of PV loops in areas related to structural heart interventions and mechanical circulatory support- Perform product demos and installations for new and prospective customers within preclinical and clinical surgical environments (OR, CathLab, EP lab)- Conduct and manage Post Market Surveillance to support product development and align new products with physician needs- Support Sales Team by identifying new sites and leading marketing campaigns that target prospective customers

- Lead a team to execute human subjects research involving magnetic resonance imaging. These studies involved long days, multiple visits, drug infusions, and repeated blood draws. I guided participants through our research process so they are familiar with our team and at ease with these physically demanding procedures.- Conducted studies at UT Southwestern Medical Center while serving as point of contact between medical staff (e.g., nurses, technicians, hospital administration, cardiologists). In doing so, I've developed a thorough understanding of clinical environments and their inherent challenges.- Experienced along the entire study process. I conceptualized studies and developed their protocols, while supporting IRB correspondence. I was responsible for recruitment and enrollment, study coordination, as well as data collection, analysis, and management while maintaining study compliance with standards of GCP. This work lead to national/international presentations and publications.- Achieved clinical trial objectives by collaborating cross-functionally with team leads, data specialists, biostatisticians, and industry experts between clinical sites in California and Florida.- Communicated science to a broad array of audiences (family, students, university faculty, medical professionals) while keeping the delivery pertinent to those that I talk to. In doing so, I've developed the skills to translate complex ideas into simple to understand subject matter.

- Employed Catapult GPS units and Polar Heart Rate Monitors to assess player performance, reduce declines in performance, and prevent injuries across the entire season- Collected / analyzed / and presented presented metrics of athlete performance to the coaching staff, which contributed to an 8th place finish in NCAA Division I women’s soccer- Launched the framework to assess player performance that is still in use today
