The Resource Group is a change management organization that applies operations & logistics, sourcing & contracting, and implementation & analytics to serve over 2,500 locations across the United States.During my summer internship, I created competitive analysis tracker for over 23,000 pharmacy items according to industry benchmark, class of trade, and contract type and collaborated with site leaders and other interns to develop a purchased service strategy to increase savings across 12 different markets.

Conducted a field survey of over 150 capital projects in the Volta region of Ghana and revised the data collection process for site monitoring and repair. Created a mechanic tracking dashboard that synthesized over 2000 field surveys into real-time actionable insights for management.

Worked with team of five undergraduate and graduate students in the fall and spring semesters in the project establishment and development phases. Our team conducted a spring recharge test and a drip irrigation survey and synthesized findings into white paper for use in project development phase.I participated in a site visit/survey and I created a rainfall model for the local area to use in catchment system yield projections.

Collaboration between Villanova University and L3 Harris. Students work on teams guided by faculty mentors to develop a product through the entire design cycle to a commercial product. Our ‘Neuro Language’ team used Hyper Dimensional Computing in Python and C programming languages to create an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Model that could detect the language of any user-input text.The team’s final design included a market ready graphical user interface (GUI) web-server and website NeuroLanguage.com. Team presentation was given to over 80 L3 Harris company executives and engineers, Villanova Alumni, and Technical Scholars.
