• Managed all aspects of quality control department for east coast citrus imports from South Africa, Chile, Spain, Morocco• Managed all repackaging/restyling operations including supervision of a team of quality inspectors and 15-person team of Spanish-speaking repack workers. • Organized all arrival and government inspections, providing accurate data analysis to sales, operations, and overseas growers. • Managed all of daily customer orders, including customer service to visiting representatives.

• Assisted in QA operations for South American imports of grapes, stonefruit, kiwi, pears, and lemons to Eastern US. Organization and management of inspection team, compilation of inspection data, collaboration with sales and shipping in order to provide customers with top quality product. Also managed QA operations in Nogales, AZ and San Joaquin Valley, CA for table grapes.
