Andrew is a qualified and experienced Senior Building Industry & Architectural Professional with over 30 years experience in the Building Science and Insulation Industry. As of 1st February, 2023, Andrew joined the AMEA team with an emphasis on managing and guiding compliance across the numerous insulation business units associated with the AMEA region. His remit of responsibilities mainly is to build and uphold an ethical culture of integrity, honesty and compliance that is in line with the Kingspan Group Product Compliance Policy and Code of Conduct measuring and controlling set processes, procedures, regulation and certification. These measures will culminate into the teams' cardinal objective of enacting ISO 37301 Compliance Managing System into all insulation business units within AMEA.His previous designation as Head of Technical and Compliance allowed him exposure to further his expertise within the exciting Emerging Markets after he successfully established himself and his team as the pioneering task force who managed to provide support on the optimum use of Kingspan Insulation products within building envelopes of residential, commercial and industrial building types. Some of Andrew's main achievements to date include the establishment of the UK Technical Support Team under his leadership since 1999, during which they were involved in some of the largest construction projects in the UK, most notably the involvement with some of largest out of town shopping centers the UK ever built, Airports, Schools, Sports Stadiums & Facilities, Superstores and Housing Developments. Later on he secured a well deserved role as Global Technical Support Manager which gave him the opportunity in a global capacity to be involved in some of the world's biggest and most significant projects. He then went on to work on some of the most prestigious Pavilion builds at the Dubai Expo 2020 showcase.His entry into this arena allowed him to further take his knowledge and passion to markets in the GCC region, Middle East, Turkey, Cyprus and Africa. In his spare time Andrew likes to travel, observe new and diverse cultures, explore historical sites and enjoys many activities.
