I am the Director of Andrew Charles ( Watch & Clock Makers ) Ltd.I am seeking partner businesses to work with to provide repair support for their watch brands in the UK. Andrew Charles watch and clockmakers have years of experience in maintenance and repair of quality timepieces and are members of the British Horological Institute (BHI). From our modern, well equipped workshops in Hertfordshire (close to the A1M and Stevenage railway station), we pride ourselves in delivering a fast and efficient repair service. Up to date technology is paired with a pride in watch making heritage, and with an efficient logistics department, each timepiece is guaranteed to be in safe hands.Having successfully worked with a leading luxury Swiss watch manufacturer for many years, we want to build on and share this experience with other SWISS, GERMAN and UK watch brands. We can use our expertise to give confidence to brands that we deliver a customer service experience that they can trust. Whether we deal directly with consumers on the brands behalf or receive repairs from their customer service centre, we have the infrastructure and systems in place to cope in an efficient manner.
