For the last 17 years I worked for a small company that provided a domestic stairlift service to customers in the south of England. initially employed and trained as a stairlift engineer I progressed to the position of Office Manager working with a team of 4 installation engineers. Reporting directly to the owner/director I had responsibility for the day to day running of the business including aspects of sales, marketing, HR, H&S and technical support.
