The DART business unit, under my management, was able to turn from a high risk cost centre to a stable and efficient profit centre as the number of store increased significantly. Overall, Danks leveraged this service to entice new customers and retain existing customers. 90% of our top 50 customers were using this POS system to run their hardware businesses with some of the larger stores transacting over $50 million pa.
