IT veteran with over 20 years of practical ITIL/ITSM experience in the trenches of IT department transitions, Continual Service Improvement, implementations, process execution and ownership.I enjoy bringing a true relationship feel to the world of IT whether is through consulting, managing projects or supporting anything-to-do with best practice and IT process.I am the father to 7 amazing kids (4 adopted siblings) and husband to a wonderful wife. We feel we are truly blessed in our lives and enjoy helping where we can. Our faith is a central pillar in our lives.I also enjoy coaching youth competitive sports such as baseball and football. I am a long time LSU and New Orleans Saints fan and enjoy playing recreational softball. I was a certified personal trainer for many years as well with specializations in youth fitness.I have a close circle of friends and family that are better than any man could ask for.My near-future aspirations are to travel more with my family with our RV and to focus on de-stressing over life's earthly things and to focus on God's path for myself and my family.
