Principal responsibility was for the development of a 1-d filtration model that described the transportation of PM10 pollution through fibrous insulation material and the design, installation and assessment of test rigs to produce empirical data that was used to calibrate the 1-d filtration model.

I was part of a team that developed the business into a World Class Manufacturer- at its time the most productive manufacturing site in Europe in its sector. I was responsible for the R&D team and for drafting and prosecuting a research programmes that complemented the business plan.
