The activated building fabric can be used in heat recovery (both solar gain and conductive loss) and heat dissipation mode to allow buildings to be developed which have a range of different fabric U-values i.e. thermally responsive building fabric.Energyflo currently has 9 employees and the role of a Director in a company of this size is fairly hands on across a wide range of disciplines. I work with a team of 4 building physicists and engineers and am responsible for reporting to the board on the company's technical and product strategy, patent and IP strategy, product and technology accreditation and software development. Working in conjunction with the CEO, Business Development and Marketing Director I have a leading responsibility for the strategic development of sales and commercial opportunities.
